California Poppy Reserve

We took a drive to the Poppy Reserve today. It is about 15 miles from Lancaster. It took us about 45 minutes to get there.














It was really windy. You can tell by the picture of me--my hair was going crazy!

Joe didn't want a picture infront of the poppies, but since this is probably the only time that we will ever drive 45 min to see flowers, I insisted.

And since both Joe and I got our pictures taken, we took a picture of Joey looking at the poppies, asleep in the car.
