While posting this picture, I realized that I never made a post about Joey in his big boy bed! When we moved houses, we figured that it was the best time to get Joey a new big boy bed to get the crib free for the baby coming in September. So we bought him a queen sized bed frame because we figure that he will keep that forever! He doesn't sleep under the covers, though. He still only likes to sleep with just his silky, blue blanket. He has done great in his new bed and new room!

Joey's Books
Joey looooooooves his books. Everynight when he goes to bed, he has to have all of his favorite books in bed with him. I am not just talking about 3 or 4 books. He likes to have 15 or so on his bed. In the morning when he wakes us, he grabs a few and carries them out to the living room. When it is time to take a nap in the afternoon, he grabs those books and carries them back into his room. His new favorites are the I Spy books.

We are Alive!
OMG...I just looked at my blog and realized that I haven't updated it in over a month! Wow! I didn't realize that it had been that long. Well, we have been very busy so atleast I have a good excuse!
The beginning of our business started when we decided to move houses AGAIN on base. This is our third house at Edwards! We were living in Senior Enlisted houses that were fine, liveable, and not too old but we decided to move because we could get a brand new house by all of our friends that is bigger and just better for us. So, Joe took off one day and moved EVERYTHING by himself. Since I am pregnant and have a bad back everyday of my life, I couldn't really do much. Joe started working at 7 am with a rented trailer from Outdoor rec. (he pulled it with our new Honda Pilot that we bought the week before!) and took a lunch break and dinner break. By 6 pm, we had everything moved except for a dresser, our king mattress/box spring, and our couch that were all too heavy for him to lift by himself. A friend of ours helped him move those things. When I say that we had everything here and put together by Saturday, I mean that curtains were up, pictures were up, dishes were put away, and beds were made. I am sooooo thankful that my husband is a no-nonsense guy and doesn't procrastinate! The next week was spent cleaning the house and getting it ready to pass the Air Forces crazy cleaning test. We passed and in the end, it took us less than 2 weeks from the day that we got the keys for the new house to get rid of the keys for the old house!
After the moving weekend, we have had a bunch of visitors. Unfortunately, I haven't taken a picture of ONE SINGLE VISITOR! First, my mom came to visit. She came on the Sunday that we moved. The main reason that she came to visit was because I went with some friends to the Ellen DeGeneres Show! They got picked to play a game(I couldn't play because I am pregnant) and each won a $400 gift card to Pottery Barn! It was a fun day and I am so lucky that my mom wanted to see Joey so bad...free babysitting!
The next visitors were Joe's parents. They came on Thursday and left on Monday. We did A LOT while they were here and Joey and I were exhausted when they left. Infact, the day after they left, Joey took a nap from noon to almost 4:30!
A few days after Joe's parents left, my cousin Tina(Joey's godmother) and her boyfriend, Ryan, came to visit. They came for a vacation, but little did any of us know that Joey would want to play with them both nonstop and wouldn't leave Ti-ta or Ry-yi alone! They were good sports and played with him...really, they had no choice with my persistant son!
We don't have anymore visitors scheduled so we are going to relax and enjoy our new house before the fun starts again this summer and we travel to Tampa!
